Most offsites are held in a hotel beside a motorway because it was convenient to book. People attend, half of them on their laptops, and nobody remembers it. The alternative costs less than you would think and is four hours from Delhi.
Everyone actually comes
The hard part of an offsite is getting people to turn up with their attention. Kashmir is somewhere people want to be, which does more for attendance than any agenda.
The whole property, if you want it
11 cottages and suites sleeping 22 to 33, so a team of twenty has the place to itself. Exclusive use starts at ₹1,00,000 per day — no other guests in the restaurant, no strangers at the fire pit.
No boardroom, and that is the point
There is no conference room here, and we would rather say it than have you discover it. Sessions happen in the restaurant, under the gazebo or out on the lawn, set up however you need. People talk differently outdoors.
An hour from the airport
Srinagar airport to Harwan is about an hour by road, and we can have cars waiting rather than leaving people to find their own way.

A day of sessions is a day of sessions anywhere. What makes an offsite worth the airfare is the half-day either side of it — a walk up into the Zabarwan, a morning on the water, the Mughal gardens, or a shikara on the Dal at dusk. We arrange all of it, and we would rather plan it around your agenda than hand you a list.

- Your dates, and how many nights
- How many people, and whether all are staying
- How much of the day is sessions, and how much is not
- Whether you need the property exclusively
- Meals, and anything specific you need laid on
Tell us what the sessions need — seating, a screen, power, somewhere under cover if it rains — and we will confirm what we can set up rather than promise it sight unseen. The kitchen is industrial rather than domestic, so the number we can feed is not the constraint — only the number who can sleep here is.
